Joe brings over 30 years of experience in the non-profit sector, having served organizations dedicated to homelessness, food security, youth, environmental education, animal welfare, and the performing arts. With 15 years as an Executive Director and another decade as a Development Director, Joe has a well-rounded perspective on organizational leadership. For the past eight years, he has led two non-profits in Northwest Colorado, where he continues to drive meaningful community impact.

Rural Focused
Having served on the Northwest Rural Philanthropy Days Steering Committee from 2016 to 2023, including four years as chair (2018–2022) and as co-chair for the 2022 NW RPD Conference, I bring a firsthand understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities rural non-profits face, both today and in the years ahead.
